CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

Orders may be canceled for a full refund until midnight of the third business day after the purchase is made. After that cancellation period expires, all orders are final and non-refundable. To cancel you must email us at info@atmospureh20.com with a timestamp prior to the specified date and time of purchase.

The NUBE SS30 includes a five-year manufacturer’s warranty covering specified factory defects and warrantied components. The manufacturer reports a failure rate of less than 1% for its warrantied parts and is committed to resolving covered issues through technical assistance, replacement parts, qualified service, or product replacement when appropriate. Warranty service does not constitute grounds for a refund.  Visit the FAQ page for warranty info.

An optional warranty extension increasing coverage from five years to ten years may be purchased separately just reach out to us at info@atmospureh20.com
